Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Joseph Köskeroglu.

By listing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.

You may initially place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.

Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

Available language for concluding the contract:

  • German

We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions in text form.

You can also view the contract text through your customer account login.

4. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping.

Delivery is available exclusively by shipment. Unfortunately, self-collection is not possible.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers (Packstations).

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our store:

Credit Card

During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal / PayPal Express

To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself using your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction.

The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is submitted.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to eligible customers according to its own criteria. We have no influence over the availability of these options.

Sofort by Klarna

To pay via Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany, you must have an online banking-enabled account, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction.

Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer the following payment options.

Payments through Klarna are available only to consumers and are subject to successful address and creditworthiness checks.

Klarna Invoice

The invoice amount is due within 30 days after the goods have been shipped and the invoice has been received.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which can be found here.

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

8. Liability

We shall always be liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:

  • In the event of injury to life, body, or health

  • In cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence

  • In cases of agreed warranty commitments

  • Where liability arises under applicable product liability laws

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time it was concluded.

Any further claims for damages are excluded.

Special Disclaimer for Animal Products

FluffySmile is a dietary supplement for animals and is not a veterinary medicinal product within the meaning of applicable veterinary pharmaceutical laws.

The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace veterinary care.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for damages resulting from:

  • Improper use or failure to follow dosage and usage instructions

  • Use in animals with known pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing veterinary treatment without prior consultation with a veterinarian

  • Individual intolerances that could not reasonably have been foreseen during intended use

  • Use in combination with other products, feed, supplements, or medications without veterinary recommendation

We expressly recommend consulting a veterinarian before using the product if your animal has any health concerns.

Use of the product is entirely at the pet owner's own responsibility.
